Buildings at two British universities have been evacuated due to reports of suspicious packages, less than 24 hours after parcel bombs were discovered at two airports and a train station in London.Police cordoned off parts of the University of Essex and evacuated some buildings after being alerted to a suspect package. The same happened at the University of Glasgow after a suspicious item was found in the main campus mailroom.
