Actually no that's false, you body will spend the night digesting the shake and NOT repairing the cells of the muscle. You would get more growth from only eatin midday incorporating intermittent fasting and not eating past 7 or 8pm.

It’s not groundbreaking news tbh, and you don’t need a Protein Shake for that. You can drink a milk which contains a Caesin which is the a slow acting and digestive protein that feeds the muscles for up to 8 hours. Whey protein will not help before bed
Drinking water just before bed increases your chances of needing a piss
It's called having a dinner the protein builds up while you sleep
