Avon Lake City Schools hosted another update session for residents regarding future facilities

Superintendent Joelle Magyar chaired the forum with about 100 people attending, she said.

Approximately 40 slides were presented at the forum. “The detail was mostly financial questions,” noted Magyar. “We even have a question-and-answer on our website about the financials which can be found on the front pages at She let residents know they can talk to their City Treasurer, Autum Reed, for individual examples. For future planning of the district, Magyar said, “We didn’t add anything if the bond issue passes. Erieview and Westview would be kept as properties for green space and possibly to add more green space for the community and the schools.
