Former Loudoun superintendent found guilty of retaliatory firing of teacher

Mr. Ziegler faces up to six months in jail and/or a $2,500 fine for the retaliatory firing of Erin Brooks, a former special-education teacher who had complained about being touched inappropriately by a non-verbal student in class.
