Updated September 29, 2023 3:42 PMGeorgia's football program has been looking to put the finishing touches on its 2024 recruiting class, and one of its remaining targets announced its commitment date. Four-star defensive lineman Aydin Breland out of California and Mater Dei High School has set his commitment date for Oct. 14., which include Oregon, Georgia, and Miami .
The Bulldogs currently have 26 total commits in this year's class and hold the top spot in the team rankings across the nation. Georgia recently, as he decommitted from the class and reopened his recruitment. Georgia currently has five defensive linemen committed to this year's class, and Breland would become the sixth member if he elected to commit to the Bulldogs here in a couple of weeks. The Bulldogs are also still recruiting Florida native and top defensive line prospect LJ McCray.
