in Lakewood is pairing a multi-course dinner on Oct. 11 with Kentucky Owl bourbons. These premium, blended bourbons have developed a cult-like following.

The pairing dinner is part of “We’ve Got Proof,” an alcohol education program launched earlier this year by Cleveland Independents.
