A primary school in Newry has had their website"hacked" and replaced with a pornography website.
Those who have searched for St. Ronan's Primary School in Newry online, and went on to the school's website, have been met with graphic images and videos instead of the school's regular page. The news was brought to the school's attention on Sunday when they were tweeted by someone who thought there was"something wrong" with the website.
They responded to this user to say that the site had been hacked, and that they were trying to get the website blocked.March 3, 2019Another Twitter user informed the school that it the website has now been registered to an organisation in Russia, while the schooled asked for any assistance that could be provided.
