The family of a 2-year-old boy who died after a bookshelf collapsed on him at a Bedfordview crèche in March, say they are disappointed by the delay in the education department's investigation into the incident.

Kganya Mokhele was one month away from turning 3 when the incident occurred at Little Ashford Preschool in Bedfordview.
