Huntsville City Schools Superintendent Clarence Sutton, center, at a recent school board meeting. Madison County is one of the fastest growing counties in Alabama and school enrollment in its three public school systems reflect that growth.

“We’re very excited about where we are going,” Huntsville City Schools Superintendent Clarence Sutton said. Sutton said his district saw a dip in enrollment during the Covid years, but that trend seems to have been reversed.
