For all eight episodes, the coming-of-age series about high school sex therapist Otis Milburn offered all kinds of musical highs and lows, from funky instrumental tracks to heartwarming pop singalongs.

"Forever in Sunset" by Ezra Furman: This inspirational song plays as Otis and Maeve get intimate over the phone, ending the episode. "Hold On, I'm Coming" by Sam And Dave: Jackson has another hook-up with the same girl, this time confident in what she wants to do, and this song plays triumphantly. "Way I Walk" by The Cramps: This rock song plays as Otis gets ready for school, dressing to impress with a gauzy purple dress shirt.

"Tell Me When" by The Applejacks: This happy tune plays as Otis and Aimee make Maeve breakfast, attempting to make her feel better after her mother's death. "Sittin' Pretty" by The Datsuns: Finishing up the episode, this intense song starts to play when Jean first meets Maeve after she and Otis broke into Moordale College and tried to hook up.

"Strawberry Letter 23" by Shuggie Otis: As Maeve and Otis fail once again to have sex, this song plays out the end of the episode.
