Yes. Menstruating is something that cannot be controlled and the products are expensive. I’ve known girls who missed weeks of school because their parents couldn’t afford menstrual products or their only guardian was male who wasn’t comfortable buying them.
New West should have coordinated with other jurisdictions to get a corporate sponsor. Maybe they would have installed for less as it’s free advertisement
