NDIS Minister Bill Shorten has hinted at serious changes to the NDIS which could impact which conditions are eligible for treatment. “It will have a series of recommendations which will return it to its original vision,” Mr Shorten told Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell. He ruled out an IMF proposal for means-testing of the scheme. “I think means-testing is a lazy reform, we don’t means-test our Medicare, we don’t means-test our education system. A review into the scheme's sustainability will be handed to Mr Shorten in October.
