The President of the foundation, Damilola Onebamhoin, on Tuesday, expressed that more than 300 students have already benefited from these free educational materials.

She emphasised that this effort was intended to alleviate the impact of subsidy removal and the current economic situation.

Onebamhoin said “We remember where we came from and as a psychologist, you know every child needs to be loved. Moreso, school is going to resume and we want to just encourage them to go back to school. “It’s one thing for you to want to go back to school and to have what it takes to go back to school. Giving a child a mathematical set or a school bag can encourage the child to go back to school and increase enthusiasm.”She called on the government to allocate funds effectively to address the needs of the underprivileged.

A member of the foundation, Oluwaseun Lapite, explained that the organization has a tradition of giving back to society every year. However, she noted that the increasing demands each year reflect the ongoing challenges in the nation’s socioeconomic landscape. Lapite appealed to affluent individuals and corporate entities to continue assisting those in need within society. All rights reserved.
