Men and women are not biologically the same. A man who wants to identify culturally as a women will still have the physiological prowess of a male body. FTM trans athletes don’t pose a fairness issue. This is just hurting biologically female athletes.

My 16 yr old daughter talked to me about this when raised in class. I was happy it was raised, so fear and all its ugliness could be nipped. However, I'd be ticked competing with females who had been born males but I am 61. My day we didn't have prof sports teams to play on!

Martina Navratilova is right, males competing as women is unfair. All athletes should be DNA tested before events and compete according to their profile (XX or XY), not according to how they 'identify', what surgeries they've had, or what hormones they are taking.
It's kind of sad that something as common sense as this is even up for debate. Girls are girls, boys are boys. Recognizing that reality is not evil nor does it make one a bigot.
