The school’s Online Psychotherapy Lab is conducting four studies into cognitive behavioural therapy , and delivering the therapy online:Insomnia study : this study will look into the effectiveness of online CBT for treating insomnia Alcohol use disorder study : this study will look into online therapy for patients with alcohol use disorder who may be struggling with relapses
: this program is tailored for correctional workers and other public safety personnel who have been experiencing symptoms of PTSD, depression or anxiety
