Chlorine washing by the USA is banned in the EU on animal cruelty grounds (which haven’t been proved), yet it allows Halal meat, go figure!!

Everyone at that uni should go to a halal slaughter house,they might have the same idea then.

The animals I eat skip merrily to the slaughter house. They love having their brains electrocuted you can see it in their eyes.

When hurt feelings are more important than the truth in our educational institutions, you know there's a big problem.

The critical issue is whether the animal is stunned prior to slaughter. 84% of halal animals are. Slaughter without stunning is banned in several European countries (the UK isn't one of them).

You know who really rules, when you are not allowed to criticise them. This boy spoke the truth, to kill an animal by slitting its throat while fully conscious, and then letting it bleed out to a slow and agonising death IS barbaric and inhumane.
