The decision follows reports by an independent assessor, Professor Themba Mosia and the Ministerial Task Team on Unisa, chaired by Dr Vincent Maphai.The damning report picked up issues of gross maladministration, bullying, tender manipulation, and the abuse of funds at Unisa.
