The Rockaway Township School District in New Jersey must pay a $9.1 million settlement to the family of Mallory Grossman, a 12-year-old girl who died by suicide in 2017.

Dianne and Seth Grossman filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Rockaway Township and the Rockaway Township School Board in 2018, alleging that administrators failed to take appropriate action before Mallory Grossman's death.
