A University of the Philippines Visayas-Iloilo graduate topped the list of those who passed the July 2023 licensure examination for environmental planners.

With an average of 82.45 percent, Janine Montalban Tabares topped 115 out of 166 passers, based on the list of those who passed the environmental planners’ board examination released by the Professional Regulation Commission on Aug. 1.

In second and third place, respectively, were UP Los Baños students Frann Christian Regino Serrano and Alexisse Diarra Gucilatar Pablico .PRC said passers may register online for their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration on Sept. 18 to 19.

PRC said the date and venue of the environmental planner inductees’ oathtaking will be announced soon.
