Jaleila Wilson, 42, of Newark, died at about 4:30 p.m. after suffering cardiac arrest at University Hospital in Newark. The street is close to several Rutgers-Newark buildings, including the campus library, student center and residence halls.On Monday, a law enforcement source familiar with the investigation told NJ Advance Media the woman was dehydrated on a day when temperatures in Newark reached in the 90s. She also had a high fever and had been diagnosed with chronic health issues.
