Western University Northern Tornadoes Project investigators say tornadoes touched down at Embrun and between Fournier and St\u002DBernadin.

The researchers conducted ground and drone surveys of sites in that area after completing their survey of damage in Barrhaven last week.Tree damage was reported in Embrun after the storm passed through, and witnesses captured photos of a possible funnel cloud. No injuries were reported.

The researchers tracked a narrow band of tree damage and estimated a maximum wind speed of 125 km/h. The path of the tornado was 1.14 kilometres long and 80 metres wide, and the start time for that event was 1:17 p.m. More than half an hour later, at 1:55 p.m., another tornado with a maximum speed of 115 km/h carved a path 9.62 kilometres long and 510 metres wide at its widest point in the Fournier and Fenaghvale areas. Tree and crop damage were reported.
