Rochester Police Lt. Greg Bello was at a loss for words while trying to describe his frustration after an 11-year-old and two teens were arrested for damaging police cars. 'This can't keep happening. It's ridiculous.'

Police said a group of youths is responsible for damaging police cars during a Monday, July 17, 2023, while responding to a report of suspicious males at Rochester's School No. 2.
