Vice President and Department of Education Secretary Sara Duterte continued to deliver keynote speeches for graduation events as she attended another commencement exercise in Quezon City.

At the Ismael Mathay Sr. High School in Quezon City, she asked students to take courage when facing life’s many challenges. “Do not surrender. Cultivate another garden of dreams. You should, and you must. Why? Because it is your life that is at stake here and the life of your future family members,” Duterte said.
