I pay 100% cash. Gotta say, I get funny looks from cashiers sometimes. And oy, their math! I usually add change so I don’t get lots of pennies, if the computer doesn’t give them the answer they’re lost.

Since they don’t teach math in schools it’s to hard to make change. I mean there are only 10 fingers and 10 toes.

It's going to suck for them when the power grid goes down.

And these kids will grow up to be Democrats, Dumb and Delusional thinking Daddy and Mommy just swipe a magical card and it becomes theirs to be had. Combine that with the entertainment they watch and, to them, the magical card is even better than the magical wand on tv.

it's a fiat currency. how can it be 'actual money', if it has no intrinsic value?

I used to have cash. Then I got married.

It'll probably not be a thing later, credit digital and scanning cards or other.
