Linda Burney will tell the National Press Club on Wednesday afternoon she will ask the Voice to Parliament to consider four main priority areas.

Ms Burney will address the National Press Club on the policy priorities on Wednesday afternoon in more depth in an attempt to provide transparency in how a Voice will benefit Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia.

As the minister, when I meet with the voice for the first time I will say: ‘Bring me your ideas on how to stop our people from taking their own lives’. Linda Burney will answer questions at the National Press Club on Wednesday in an attempt to provide transparency on the Voice and how it will operate.
