The former three-term Albay governor was obviously calling back to Lagman's siding with the DOT on the wisdom of how the promotional video was put together. On Friday, June 30, Lagman shared to House of Representatives reporters the text of his letter to DOT Secretary Christina Frasco, wherein he wrote: "The purported disenchantment of Rep. Joey Salceda on the low priority given by the [DOT] to the Mayon Volcano as a tourist destination is essentially political soundbite."
