Delvin Kanewiyakiho, the decolonization/land-based consultant for the First Nations, Metis and Inuit education unit of Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, leads a tobacco ceremony at Monday’s sod-turning for the new St. Frances Cree Bilingual School.The bilingual school was established nearly two decades ago, in 2007.
