A teacher who was banned from the classroom after being caught changing students' exam coursework now works at a Lancashire school and is trying to get the ban lifted.
Before sending the files to the school's server, the former teacher made alterations to the coursework of his pupils. A disciplinary investigation was then launched with Mr Wiseman being suspended a week later. After leaving the school, Mr Wiseman starting working as a teaching assistant working with special education needs children. He said in this position he had “tried to be a good role model” and wanted to bring “values of honesty and integrity to the fore.”
The former teacher said he would seek to get a teaching post at Ormskirk if permitted, in a business studies or IT capacity where possible. He added: “I can teach a lot of subjects, I’m confident of that.”
