The college plans to significantly expand its portfolio of on-campus accommodation in the coming years

Dublin City University recorded an after-tax profit of nearly €5 million from its student residences in 2022.

The third-level institution, based on the northside of Dublin, has a portfolio of about 1,400 student bed spaces that are based across its three campuses. New financial filings published by the college have shown it made €13.4 million in revenue from its student residences in the 12-month period to the end of September 2022.
