And even the educated ones, they don’t have anything to look forward to.

He expands to say that when he was in the insurance game, he had two choices: he could choose to bluff the people and con them with inadequate policies or he could offer them the best one for them and lose a bit on commission. He always chose the latter because “if I con you then somewhere down the line the story will come out”.
