When cops arrived, the teenagers split, leaving Bailey holding the bag, allegedly plastered in the front passenger seat. She told cops that she let the unlicensed teen drive, police said. Officers discovered that as part of her bail, she had been ordered to stay away from the teen. Bailey was arrested on charges of violating her pre-trial release along with new charges for delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor charge of allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.Article content
