since no busses, ttc signal problem, and no shuttle bus showing up, can the kids stay home and just declare no school today GTA, do you want the kids to walk 2 km with this weather then? since school is open and no transportation at all

I just watched One of cp24repoters standing in a laneway and saying there is lots of snow. Then she takes a step and its 4 inches then she steps into a drift. It's a drift and yes it will be deeper but come on stop making such a big deal about the snow
