Students who speak English as a second language often have bigger hurdles to overcome in the classroom. One school on the west side of Fort Worth has found a way to help those students overcome their challenges, and the difference is apparent in their grades.

Counselor Eloisa Bustamante stepped in to help with a not-so-healthy breakfast.

They talk about missing their families back home, the violence and abuse they saw trying to get here, and if anyone can relate it's Eloisa. Just a few minutes before school to share has helped more than their spirit. It's helped their grades.
