The Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre has started registration for new summer camps over three weeks.
Each camp will develop participants’ understanding of bushplane and forest fire management topics through crafts, experiments, physical activities and guest speakers. Camps are designed for children ranging from five to 10 years. “The Bushplane is a community hub that brings people together. Our new summer camps and sky explorers theme days give families fun, social and educational opportunities to experiment, learn and discover,” says Jasmine Agnew, programming co-ordinator the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre.
In addition, Sunday’s sky explorers program is launching four weeks of STEM learning beginning April 23. Each week explores a different facet of STEM:For more information on summer camps and to register, visit here.
