The DA's Education spokesperson in KZN Imran Keeka says many pupils would have already started receiving their school meals this week. "It also comes with the exception of Ulundi and its surrounds, where alleged and possible political interference is delaying the service. The MEC did not, however, want to expand on this to the DA."MEC Frazer has also cited illegal business fora for fuelling tensions and delaying deliveries. This, on top of what she confirmed was a logistics problem involving the new bulk supplier of food for learners as part of the NSNP.
