The district will hold the by-election Saturday June 17

School District. No. has announced the date for its upcoming general by-election. It will be held on Saturday June 17.

Voters will have to elect two candidates to fill the vacant seats left by the resignations of Prince George trustees Betty Bekkering and Gillian Burnett. Nominations will be received by the Chief Election Officer or Deputy Chief Election Officer, by appointment, from 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, May 12.

Nomination documents are available online or may be picked up in person at the district offices at 2100 Ferry Avenue.
