According to a statement by the OHCSF, the training Programme is being facilitated by Resource Persons from the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, London, the United Kingdom.

“It is expected that at the end of the 2-day Training Sessions, transformative coaching that combines deep expertise with analytical thinking and practical skills will be delivered to the Chief Administrative and Accounting Heads of the various MDAs with a view to addressing real-life policy challenges toward ensuring service delivery and good governance for the teaming Nigerian population.

“The Senior Leaders’ Programme dovetailed into four Plenary Sessions namely; Civil Service Reforms and Democracy, Civil Service Effectiveness, Integrity in Recruitment and Playbook for the Year Ahead.
