While this is a good start, you’ll up your chances of drawing attention if you treat the post a little more like a short cover letter. When posting, focus on the following tips:Focus on the hard and soft skills you gained in your last job, or skills that potential new employers may value.
Direct messaging allows you to personalize your approach and cater the skills you highlight to what the receiver may be looking for.
