Dallas high school teacher arrested for improper relationship with current DISD student

Police received a tip in February that the teacher may be involved in an improper relationship with a student.A Dallas ISD high school teacher was arrested Tuesday morning more than a month after police were alerted he may be having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Qasim Frazier, 38, faces one count of improper relationship between an educator and a student, police said. Frazier was a teacher at Bryan Adams High School and is listed on the school’s website as of Tuesday afternoon. Frazier turned himself in to authorities and was booked into the Dallas jail about 10:30 a.m., according to jail records. A bond was not yet listed for the charge and it was unclear whether he had an attorney.
