Families living next to one of Nottingham's busiest roads say they love their neighbourhood, despite the constant noise of traffic. Neighbours have explained that while Western Boulevard is one of the busiest roads in the city, living there can be great if you don't mind the noise.
She continued: "I'm actually from London and I got married and my husband is from here. I work in the town centre so it's a good commute. "We have shops behind us as well." When asked her favourite thing about living on Western Boulevard, Varda replied: "The thing I like most about living here is the fact that I can always see the moon, it's very peaceful."
"The only thing that we have is that there are four houses here that don't have parking and have to park on the road but there's no dropped curb and it would be nice to have the dropped curb for them." She said: "It's a very busy road, it looks like this all the time. It can be busy but it doesn't really bother us. We see blue sirens a lot go past but we don't hear too much.
