Seriously Guardian. It's not the sex education that's 'forcing' them into home schooling. As with any group opposed to the education of their children, it's the belief system that's the problem. BTW the guidance is 'non-statutory', i.e. not compulsory, I'd guess.

Social engagement is more important than education. You as a parent have 3 to 5 years to homeschool your child to be prepared for the world.
In 2019, anyone letting any religious belief or cult or 'god' determine how they dress and what they love or hate or accept or don't accept needs a reality check and a psychiatric check, far more than they need this or that schooling.

Sex education is proving teenagers having children and raising them as a single parents and majority end up out of education, job and reliant on the benefit system. The focus should be more on channeling youth's energy in making them tolerant and respectable individuals.
This whole thing is utter rubbish. Being taught that ppl of the same sex can be in a relationship isn’t a bad thing. What is a bad thing is a child being brought up not knowing about anything other than their parents religious views.

Nothing wrong with homeschooling. We taught five of ours for 18 months while we drove around Australia on a bus. They quickly caught up when we reenrolled them ;)
