Yes with out a question

Yes

No

That would be so awesome to see. And the kids should be allowed to go and have fun without all the pc crap

Yes public schools 🏫 should be about an exchange of ideas all ideas. All theories about how life began are legitimate since no one really knows first hand Creationism is part of the history of religion shd be accepted as such

Yes. But I’m sure the liberal left will contend they should go visit Anything but something promoting Christianity

Shooting the real question be how do we get the federal government out of public schools

What’s the problem here we were taught all sides all theories in school so we could use our minds to decide what we believed to be right or wrong .I guess it’s like tearing down statues your only entitled to one side from now on. We’ve gone off the rails here ...

It wouldn’t hurt it would only help the kids realize that there is a God! Ephesians 4:5-6

Here's my issue; the group, Answers in Genesis, is a Young Earth creationism group, that straight up forces the argument that you either look at the Bible as infallible... Or you're a misotheist (which is what they assume every athiest or agnostic is).

Christophobia?

How backward is KY? Wow ...

Just saying, pretty sure parents have to sign permission forms in order for kids to go on field trips. If you don't want to go, then don't go. Simple. I had to learn about Darwin & evolution in school. I didn't believe in it but I listened.

No

joanbennett1047 Yes

Hell no

Yes! Especially if they are receiving any form of federal tax-exemption privileges..If they are and refuse to comply. Take it down or be denied all tax privileges.. Plain and simple..

What possible learning module in public school could this be linked to. Surely it was not a lesson in evolution. No one should be allowed to go to this bogus “museum”

Thoughts on the creationist museum: Cue Wednesday Addams speech

Of course they should be able to, We should be able to tax them as well.

It wouldn't be unconstitutional for their impressionable minds to learn about everything else under the sun..just the stuff pertaining to God and right living. He will fight his own battles.

No, unless they visit a mosque, Jewish and Sikh temples, and so forth

No.

Only if they also learn about Hindu, Muslim, and Buddhist creationism. See how quick the Christians change their opinion

It’s called education and a lot of people in the media do not have the education to do their job

Of course. It's good to hear the beliefs of other people. Religion is just that...beliefs based in faith.

No. Public school is for all children of all faiths and denominations. This is such a simple thing to understand unless your agenda is to impose your religious beliefs on everyone else, which of course is exactly what evangelicals desire.

No they shouldn’t there is a reason for separating church and state.

No

Hell yes! I still miss my “Arco” gas station Noah’s Ark from my childhood in the 70s! Of course the scientific field trip should also be included: Later at the beach...“Everybody see this sand flowing from my hands? Yes? Well that’s you in about 120 years! Let’s play volleyball!”

No. Just no. It is not science.

1. If it was King Tut exhibit or George Washington we wouldn’t be having this discussion 2. We push STEM activities & this is a great example 3. Art is art no matter regardless of religion

As a Catholic, and a believer in the Constitution and the separation of church and state, I would say yes to being 'allowed'. However, visiting a museum with a clear religious angle has no place in public schools and unless this was a volunteer school trip I'd say no.

Omg is this even a question?

Yes!! What is the danger.

Must be a slow day in the news world.

Different points of view are nothing to fear, they should be examined. They make the kids observe Muslim rights andvthats acreligion of intolerance and violence. Why would creationism frighten you

Hell no

Should religious schools take students to an anti-abortion march

Umm NO!!!

Are you looking for a dropshipper for maintaining your Amazon bussiness. I am here to help you. Visit me on fiver:

NoIndoctrination

NO NO NO

Hell no

No

As long as they know it’s as legit as Mickey Mouse and Cinderella.

That would be up to the people of Kentucky.

As a Christian.... I would say no.

Diversity of thought is not allowed. Like in China

They will need the ark when global warming takes effect.

Why can’t they have alternate view points? Both creationism and evolution should be taught and students can decide on their own

IF they also took field trips to the museum of natural history or an archaeological dig, it could be considered educational as a comparison, but it's doubtful that that was the intention, so NO.

YES! More BS from Atheist! America was founded on Judaeo-Christian beliefs. It's too bad if the handful of non-believers loudmouths don't like it. Go live in Syria, NKorea, China or any cntry in the Middle East & express your beliefs there!! ✡️✝️🙏🇺🇸 MAGA NEWS religious

Not surprised it’s in Kentucky.

Don't students usually have a choice whether they want to go on a field trip or not? Why make everything a law/rule. Why not let ppl have some freedoms?

NO

You atheists keep pushing our Bible based Christian God out of society, out of schools, out of existence, and then you wonder why our society is falling apart. We’re living in a time of Grace, but God’s patience is running out.

Why not? It’s ridiculous to even ask the question.

Should pubic schools be allowed to take field trips to a mosque and force the girls to wear the headwear

Creation museum is full of facts, great learning for kids.

This is ridiculous. Its like some group is trying to make talking/learning about the bible WRONG. Learning about all religions cool. Learning doesnt mean making up ones mind. pontifex joelosteen cnalive gma todayshow

No, separation of church and state.

No no no no no

Teach em how to build a boat, start a garden, cook a meal. How about keep a budget? Things they will NEED to know for life.

Absolutely not! Creationism is not science which is taught in public schools. If kids want to go to a religious exhibit they can go on the weekends with family or church groups.

No. Sunday schools can take field trips there if they want.

Are schools in place to educate? 🙄

Public school children should be able to take field trips to a creationist museum simply to see how stupid creationism is.

It is more feasible than the other theory they're taught about our origins, so why not?

No

Absolutely yes! That’s the whole point of an education! It’s important to teach to our kids about different beliefs & philosophies. That encourages open mindedness & tolerance. We may not believe in something but it’s ok to learn about other religions, cultures, philosophies etc

It’s a part of history no matter what. It would not be fair not to expose children to this. Even if they do not believe, they can still learn about it.

Kids should not be indoctrinated in public schools I’m speaking as a Christ believer. Not every family believes in Chirst. If that’s the case children should be taught about all religions.

Creationist museum? God may have started the Big Bang, but after that - everything evolved. Science does not lie.

Absolutely.

Only if it’s to study the reasons why anyone would spout such anti science nonsense as the world being created in six days despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

No

Many of us remember a scantily clad Raquel Welch as a cave girl being chased by T Rex. Don’t ruin the visual...,, please

I am a Christian and I think Christianity should not be taught in public schools. It should be taught by parents, churches, and Christian schools. Public is for all people. Religion should not be taught except in small mentions in social studies class.

I see nothing wrong with religious field trips as long as one isn’t forced to attend and all religions studied are included.

Absolutely NOT!!!!

Sure. Why not pass out Meth in public schools too?

No

Watch out USA TODAY. Your bigotry is showing

Yes

Absolutely! You should change the name to Anti-USATODAY because that’s all that you report, anti America, anti Trump, Anti Christian, Anti anything good.

That's what the PTA and certain Grant's are for what's the big deal

Well, they take kids to other make-believe places like Disney World. Is going there part of some lesson plan about mythology?

It doesn’t align with Common Core curriculum

Are you looking for a Logo or Graphics Designer, Please contact me. e-mail: sahossain887gmail.com

Be allowed? That’s phrased oddly.

Public schools are State run and there is a separation between church and State rule. So, why are public schools responsible for teaching an idea based in religion? Also, should student instruction be based on all religions or only one?

Great! Let's confuse kids about scientific facts.

Not unless they visit all conspiracy theorists

Is every public school student an atheist?

No

Yes.

no wonder US has a dumbfuk President, they have a Creationist Museum....says it all!

Pretty sure Kentucky's got bigger problems to worry about right now. It's responsible for MitchMcConnell and covingtoncatholic

NO

If it's for a class that explores all forms of religon and non-religious life styles such as a humanities class, why not? All these people screaming'God isn't real' are just bad as the overly religious people. Maybe we should let people make their own choices.

Hell no

in a word, NO. not with We the People's $$$$ in a secular government. you don't *muse* in a creationist propaganda site; you are either indoctrinated or amused, but critical thinking is not inspired b/c fantasy is displayed as fact in a straightforward manner, with full honor.

Why would a teaching institution consider going to a place that is centered on magical thinking? I mean, it's not like these kids attend Hogwarts.

What’s wrong with America in a nutshell...Too much god, not enough science!

Sure. Kids should be exposed to a variety of things.

Why not?

No more Cancel all school trips to Kentucky until racist Catholic school makes things right with Indigrnious tribes

Yes, just as evolution should be taught in religious schools.

Wow, Kentucky really is fucked up.

NO.

They should be doing field trips to places like NASA facilities learning about engineering and science. If schools want to wast their time teaching them a fairytale, they would probably enjoy Disneyland more.

No. They shouldn't. If you want your kids to have a Christian education send them to a Christian school. Let a school take kids to a Muslim museum and see how quick the Right freaks out.. Hypocrisy.

Well rounded education

Only if is part of a comparative religious class.

Can we process today please

No.
