Incentives to send girl child to school Or incentives to send kids to school... We should be moving forward not backward.

UNICEF has this program in Kebbi, they 'pay' parents 7k per kid to be in school. They collect the money but don't show up. Say something else

.if I get to an interview & see dat oda candidate has refused to show up,should I go back home or do my own interview and shine?
