Last Updated Monday, March 27, 2023 1:09PM EDT, Tenn. — Three children were killed in a shooting at a private Christian grade school inon Monday, hospital officials said. The suspect is also dead after a confrontation with police.
It was not immediately clear whether anyone else was wounded in the attack. Other students walked to safety Monday, holding hands as they left their school surrounded by police cars, to a nearby church to reunited with their parents.Police said in a Twitter post. It was not immediately clear whether the shooter died by suicide or was shot by police.
On WTVF TV, reporter Hannah McDonald said that her mother-in-law works at the front desk at The Covenant School. The woman had stepped outside for a break Monday morning and was coming back when she heard gunshots, McDonald said during a live broadcast. The reporter said she has not been able to speak with her mother-in-law but said her husband had.

This is like internal acts of terrorism which has to be dealt with very seriously. Ongoing awareness campaigns, continuous safety checks needs to incorporated. So hard for the parents. May God strengthen them.
Why is this happening so much in the USA? This doesn't happen often at all in Canada. I am Canadian and still manage to get American news. I wish American news was limited to Canadians. I was up to food recalls etc.. Not even in my country. Yes sad, but it doesn't effect us. 😶
On March 2nd, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed a law banning transgender procedures for children. On March 27th, a transgender female went into a Christian school and murdered 3 children and 3 teachers.
