Ofsted: Head teacher's family blames death on school inspection pressureRuth Perry took her own life while under 'intolerable pressure' after an inspection, her family says. I am once again asking people and the BBC to stop rationalising suicide Our inspection a few months ago was a joke. A really good school dragged through the mud. Schools need to be worked with, rather than castigated The system is outdated they don't get a true representation of a school the heads and staff put a show on for that day no joke pacific Ofsted lesson plans to fool Ofsted for the 2 days . And the results carry too high of a consequence a more pragmatic approach is needed.
