'He's going after a minority' The Tánaiste should take five minutes to look at the statistics before criticising home education, according to a homeschooling counsellor. BKNT

that she homeschooled her six children, with three going on to third level education.

Speaking on his visit to New York, Minister Martin said he was not a fan of homeschooling because it leads to problems with socialising. “It saddens me that our Tánaiste who I think is supposed to protect our Bunreacht and protect all the people of the country and all the children of the country and he would go after a minority,” she said. She said homeschooling advocates view socialisation concerns as the “eye roll question”.

“I’ve done courses as an adult and I know that at my age - I am 55 - not everybody should know the same things,” she said.

In fairness most home school people do it for various reasons including issues with schools and children with disabilities and immune issues etc. And most unlike the Burke's are part of a wider community and their children socialize regularly Yeah the Burke's are a cult

Martin is an Ignoramus judging by his comments on home schooling. My dear People is one of the leaders of our once great Country. That is the reason we are in such deep s**t

Like the lockdowns.

He’s right, picking likeminded friends who are homeschooled to socialise with, is not socialising the children properly. Narrow experience.

He’s dead right, I wouldn’t normally agree with him but he’s bang on here

Another Giknah

Oh stop being snowflakes ...he clearly means when the parents are nutters the children in this reclusive environment will also turn out to be nutters...most are grand l...stop personalizing

Illegal lockdowns ring any bells

Is that why the school system is trying to groom our children? To make them more socially acceptable to Minor Attracted People aka pedophiles... Me-Hole is a clear and present danger to IRELAND and her people 🇮🇪🖕 SaveOurSchools

The reason the🤡doesn’t want people have homeschooling is people with common sense wouldn’t fill their kids heads full of the transgender shite that him and Leo would like, people are copping on to your perverted ways ,what do you see when grown men are dancing in front of kids ?

The plans for public schooling is going to cause a lot worse!

Schools are not safe. Children ARE at risk from COVID COVID dysregulates the immune system. 6 kids are dead from strep-A. 40+ kids dead in UK COVID damages the brain and cardiovascular system. Schools ARE hubs of transmission Where are the €62m worth of HEPA filters?

So did lockdowns

The Dail has lead to plenty of issues with socialising too!

That's why he locked kids up for 2 years. And has over 4000 children homeless in the state. Some cabbage for one cabbage.
