"So if little girls experience their menstrual cycle in 5th grade or 4th grade, will that prohibit conversations from them since they are in the grade lower than sixth grade?" asked state Rep. Ashley Gantt, a Democrat who taught in public schools and noted that girls as young as 10 can begin having periods.The GOP-backed legislation cleared the House Education Quality Subcommittee on Wednesday by a 13-5 vote mainly along party lines.
the bill isn’t explicitly about menstrual cycles, propaganda news outfits like to cherry pick topics to push agendas. it’s about stopping the grooming of children and forcing gender beliefs to young kids. also, it was recently amended to include menstrual education.

Not to age myself, but I will. In the 60's I was required to go to an all girl presentation in the gym. It was about our periods and how to use a pad...pre stick it on your panty. It was pretty awesome when I think back about it. At the time I thought it was weird.

Great Idea for school but they MUST have the parents/guardians written permission to be able to enroll the child in the elective subject for kids in Grades 4 & Up. Also the teacher would need to pass a physiological examination pinpointed at this subject.

These bills have to be challenged for constitutionality. Just like the 'Stop Woke Act' has been put on hold by a judge and hopefully ruled unconstitutional, so should these other unconstitutional bills.

I'm completely in shock right now. Girls are scared and embarrassed to open up and talk about this. I was 11 when I first got my period. It's a natural thing that happens, if it doesn't, something is wrong. It's a way for the body to say if it's healthy or not.
