At Airport Secondary school, New Haven Secondary school, Annunciation Hospital Polling units, Mbulu-Njodo Wards 7, 5 and 9, all in Enugu East Local Government Area, elections had not commenced at the time of filing this report.As of 10:30 am on Saturday, the governorship and State Assembly elections have yet to commence in many polling units in the Enugu metropolis, the Enugu State capital as officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission were nowhere to be found.
