DJ who went from house parties to festivals in Amsterdam Curiously

An up and coming Liverpool-based DJ and producer has spoken of his excitement at taking his sets to the international stage.

As part of his upcoming performances, Louis will take the stage at Escape in Amsterdam, one of the city's largest nightclubs, on April 10. It will be part of the Spring Break festival, with more than 60 artists and DJ's performing everywhere from club nights to boat parties across four days. He added: "The trips abroad are exciting because I'm treating them as work and a holiday. In Malta I'm doing two sets but staying there for the whole week to enjoy myself."

He argued: "I think Covid and TikTok has definitely pushed DJing to more people, which is a great thing. But then I think you have got people who maybe expect that they're going to, within six months, get set at Circus or somewhere in London. You've got to put that groundwork in for a couple of years, and you will reap the rewards."

Nearly three years in to his DJing career, he admitted: "I'm still learning every day about new production techniques and trying to improve my music."
