This article is so badly written... And no point do you actually explain how the current system works and why that is a problem. You sort of assume it's a problem and you're trying to convince everyone of that.

Got to love the 'g' full of so called experts who know all the answers to the world .

From the UK, about the decision of at what university to study: '...[a new] system would recognise that decision-making regarding university entry begins far earlier than age 17 or 18 for young people, and it would provide information, advice and guidance from age 15 onwards.'
